Managed Services Development Manager JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaris Solutions provides IT support and tailored technology solutions spanning infrastructure, cloud and managed services.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced sales driven Managed Services Development Manager who wants to jump in head-first and help scale a mission-driven company experiencing significant growth. You will directly contribute to our expansion by building profitable relationships with both new and existing customers and selling the Evaris suite of technology services.

Experienced Managed Services with 2+ years’ experience selling technology products and services over the phone and via face to face presentations. The ideal candidate will possess entrepreneurial flair and can demonstrate excellent knowledge of Microsoft, Back-up and DR, Cyber security and IT Help Desk. A strategic thinker, you will have a history of bringing on new MSP business and growing existing annuity contracts. You will relish the challenges of devising profitable and innovative IT solutions that meet clients’ needs.


  • Contract negotiation with prospective and existing customers
  • Provide client assessment and pitch IT services packages during meetings or presentations
  • Manage relationships with technology, software and security vendors
  • Work with the wider Evaris team to develop profitability in annuity services
  • Methodically qualify, build and manage an accurate sales funnel
  • Maintain consistent activity including calls, emails and client meetings
  • Skilfully deliver sales pitches and present IT solutions based on latest industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services and industry developments
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales targets
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, optimistic and coachable


  • Track record of achievement in a Managed Services role selling Microsoft, Back-up and DR, Cyber security and IT Help Desk
  • Technically savvy with a keen interest in and a solid grasp of the above IT services
  • Good business sense with great communication and sales skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking with problem solving capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people
