Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) reflects the amount of system downtime your business can live with. The shorter your RTO, the less time systems remain offline and you suffer productivity losses. Since not all data is critical to your ability to operate, we’ll work with you to set appropriate RTOs that ensure your systems and data are available when you need them and warrant the investment required.
